About the Author

Mina Samuels has worked as a trial lawyer, a human rights advocate, and as a book editor. She also wrote and edited the Human Rights Watch Update, and eLegal: World Monitors Legal Report. As a freelance writer, she ghostwrote a best-selling book by the CEO of a Fortune 100 company. A co-authored creative biography of one of the most prolific producers of silent films with all black casts will be published in early 2007. Her current ghostwriting projects include a book on managing creativity, and another on managed futures. She is a regular contributor to Vermont Sports. She has also had pieces published in Alimentum and The French Literary Review. When she is not writing she might be off doing triathlons, marathons, biking, cross-country skiing, rock climbing, kayaking, snowshoeing, hiking, or yoga. She divides her time between New York City and Vermont.
